Competitive Pay

• LPN: $25.00–$31.33/hour
• RN: $32.00–$39.72/hour
• Compensation is based on experience.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility discussed during the interview process. This role requires availability to cover shifts or respond to emergencies as needed and includes on-call responsibilities for your department.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee Assisted Living nursing and clinical services
• Manage and coordinate resident care to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Serve as the primary leader and manager for the Assisted Living department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure effective service delivery
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance management
• Promote and uphold a person-centered care philosophy across all services
• Respond to clinical and operational needs, including on-call support for your department

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Active LPN or RN license 
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical or clinical setting
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to lead independently and collaboratively
