About the Team
The HR Performance and Incentives team is responsible for managing the organizational function of performance and rewards—a critical activity essential to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. This includes the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of performance management mechanisms that align individual and team goals with the company's strategic mission.
As an HR Specialist on this team, you will support the administration of compensation and incentives policies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. The team deeply dives into market research, data analysis, and benchmarking. Given the nature of this work, the Performance and Incentives team regularly collaborates with HRBPs, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leadership to drive workforce engagement and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end execution of bi-annual cycles, including performance reviews, job leveling, and compensation/incentive review processes.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Total Rewards framework, ensuring compensation packages align with business strategy while maintaining external competitiveness.
- Help establish and standardize P&I guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to provide a scalable foundation for the company's growth.
- Leverage data analytics to conduct research on incentive effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to optimize current strategies.
- Act as a functional partner to HR leadership, providing the technical C&B and performance management expertise needed to support critical decision-making.
- Manage complex data sets and project timelines independently, ensuring accuracy in all performance and reward outputs.
