About this role
Role Overview
Drive sales strategy and distribution growth across the Central region.
Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing field sales team.
Implement channel strategies that align pricing, shelving, and merchandising with brand goals.
Manage regional chains and independent customers while strengthening key relationships.
Leverage CRM tools and syndicated data to improve distribution, reduce out-of-stocks, and optimize trade spend.
Manage P&L performance and evaluate ROI across promotions and account programming.
Identify trends and opportunities to grow category share and drive market expansion.
Requirements
7–10 years of beverage or CPG sales experience across multiple channels
5+ years leading field execution sales teams
Proven track record driving distribution and market growth
Strong experience with P&L management and sales analytics
Skilled at building retailer relationships and delivering sales presentations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must have a reliable car, valid driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance
