
The Growth Strategy Manager leads the evaluation and execution of strategic growth initiatives across greenfield expansion, mergers & acquisitions, product development, and high-growth market initiatives. This role leverages advanced analytics, financial modeling, and market insights to inform strategic investment decisions and drive company growth.
This role leads cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, operations, finance, and product teams to identify opportunities, align priorities, and execute growth initiatives.
Lead strategic growth initiatives in select markets by partnering with operations leaders to drive data-driven performance improvements and accelerated growth.
Partner with senior leadership to identify and execute growth initiatives across greenfield expansion, M&A, new ventures, and product enhancements.
Lead market conditions and develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding existing ones.
Partner with operations leadership to identify performance opportunities and drive strategic initiatives that accelerate market growth and profitability.
Conduct due diligence and complex financial modeling to evaluate potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Work with product teams to identify new offerings and add-on services that drive revenue growth.
Lead large datasets to uncover insights that guide strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
Build complex operating models to forecast growth scenarios, evaluate ROI, and support investment decisions.
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry opportunities to inform strategy.
Build dashboards and reporting to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Stay current on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to enhance strategy and decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
MBA, CFA, or other advanced degree preferred
5+ years in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
Advanced financial modeling and analytics capabilities
Expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms
Ability to evaluate complex business opportunities and develop actionable growth strategies
Strong ability to present complex insights clearly to senior leadership
Proven success working across cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the home services industry is a plus but not required
