Henry AI is a fast-growing startup transforming how commercial real estate professionals create deal materials. They are seeking a Client Strategist to enhance customer engagement and retention while developing scalable programs and strategies to ensure clients view them as an essential partner.
Responsibilities:
- Map the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding to expansion, and spot ways to improve adoption, retention, and advocacy
- Take care of our existing customers and obsess over customer experience
- Build out our customer support function and hiring strategy and scale for high-growth trajectory
- Develop data-backed engagement strategies and playbooks for our Customer Success Managers and Account teams
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmaps with client needs
- Build and track key metrics (NRR, health scores, NPS) to measure impact and adjust quickly
- Lead strategic account reviews and help shape client expansion strategies
