Clinical Program Coordinator RN - Providence Anchorage

The role of the ACS Program Coordinator is one of data abstractor, collaborator, consultant, and change agent. 
The primary responsibilities are to drive quality, improve clinical outcomes, and facilitate programmatic growth and to serve as a resource for stakeholders. Leads, facilitates and mentors individuals/teams/committees to assure the successful organization and execution of processes to achieve compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards, quality patient outcomes, and patient safety.

We are hiring for Clinical Program Coordinator RN position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, 10-hr Day shifts, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License 
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 years of recent experience in acute care hospital setting providing care to cardiac patients. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of experience in the interpretation of regulatory, registry, and best practice standards.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
