Role Overview
- Prepare and maintain three-statement consolidated financials
- Support and execute the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations, analysis, and supporting schedules
- Perform technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP and document accounting conclusions
- Assist with audit support and ad-hoc reporting projects
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances or unusual activity
- Support accounting for international entities, particularly Germany and Canada
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency
Requirements
- 5-7 years accounting experience
- Significant month-end close experience
- Expertise with Netsuite, including report building
- Strong balance sheet reconciliation skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently prepare full 3-statement consolidated financials
- Experience with statutory reporting requirements
- Experience with Canada and/or Germany is a plus
