Job Responsibilities:
- Mechanical packaging to support New Product Development
- Application of DFM and best practices
- Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation
- ECO management – Data entry/manipulation to support the manufacturing process
- ISO support – Support ISO documentation as required to maintain compliance
- Team oriented finisher who can drive projects to completion

Qualifications
Education – Experience
- Relevant experience, training, or certification may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 5yrs experience working in a small fast-moving high-tech environment
- Proven track record in the creation of electromechanical assemblies for medium volume production
- Mechanical drafting applying industry standard notation and dimensioning techniques
Required Skills - Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs
- Competent using AutoCAD and 3D software tools
- Familiarity with PCB design tools such as PADS, Altium or Fusion360
- Ability and willingness to “learn on the fly” and take on new responsibilities
- Creative team player who manages a myriad of responsibilities while maintaining schedule integrity
- Ability to support New Product Development by creating aggressive but realistic timelines
