Achieving bookings and revenue targets for MCA’s Data, Analytics, Automation, and AI services.
Drive new and existing client growth by identifying high-value business problems and building solution roadmaps.
Managing the entire sales lifecycle and driving revenue by prospecting and developing new business with clients.
Work collaboratively with Microsoft to drive pipeline through strategic relationships and adding value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges.
Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft and MCA Connect offerings and tailor communications to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to position MCA Connect as a thought leader.
Lead a complex sales process that requires organization, attention to detail, and creative problem solving.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams for seamless client transition from sales to implementation.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals and performance metrics.
Requirements
Experienced Solution Seller with 5+ years’ data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results.
Experience selling public cloud-based Data, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
Experience with Azure Cloud Platform
Experience selling Analytics / Data Products and Services
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or similar technologies preferred
