Senior Product Leader - Healthcare Ai

Penguin Ai is an innovative company focused on transforming healthcare through AI technology. They are seeking a Head of Product to define and lead the product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and drive innovation in their healthcare AI platform.

Responsibilities:

• Define, articulate, and relentlessly evangelise the overarching product vision and strategy for Penguin Ai's healthcare AI platform
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on deep market analysis, customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
• Possess an almost clairvoyant understanding of the healthcare market, customer pain points (payers, providers), competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to identify white space opportunities and drive innovation
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration
• Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Security teams to align on strategy, remove roadblocks, and bring products to life
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product team (or lay the foundational groundwork for one), fostering a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and continuous learning
• Define, track, and optimize key product metrics (KPIs) to ensure our products deliver measurable impact, drive user adoption, and achieve significant business outcomes
• Ensure our products leverage the full potential of AI, staying ahead of industry trends, anticipating future needs, and positioning Penguin Ai as a leader in healthcare AI
