As a Product Manager – Patient Experience, you will lead the strategy and execution of Vori’s patient-facing digital experience, ensuring it is engaging and intuitive while driving adoption and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Consumer Product Leadership
- Apply modern consumer product frameworks (activation, retention, engagement loops, funnel optimization, A/B testing) to improve patient adoption and long-term engagement
- Design experiences that feel intuitive, emotionally resonant, and behaviorally intelligent — comparable to best-in-class consumer apps
- Define and optimize the patient journey across onboarding, education, care navigation, follow-up, and long-term engagement
- Own key engagement metrics including activation rates, retention, feature adoption, NPS, and patient satisfaction
- Drive experimentation and iterative learning using data-driven hypotheses
- Patient Experience & Clinical Partnership
- Serve as a bridge between clinical excellence and consumer usability — ensuring experiences are both evidence-based and frictionless
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate care models into simple, engaging digital interactions
- Embody the patient and clinician journey to deeply understand motivations, barriers, and behaviors
- Ensure the product experience reflects Vori’s differentiated care model
- Product Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage a diverse product roadmap aligned to company strategy and patient value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives
- Write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories
- Partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
- Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to business impact and patient outcomes
- Monitor performance, user behavior, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct competitive research — particularly across consumer digital health and high-performing consumer platforms
- Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure product compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners
- Analyze product launches to confirm positive business and engagement impact
- Relentlessly iterate to sharpen both patient experience and business outcomes
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- No direct management responsibilities but you will serve as Product Manager and collaborate cross functionality with diverse departments and teammates
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Demonstrated experience building consumer-facing digital products (B2C or high-engagement platforms)
- Strong understanding of consumer growth and engagement principles (activation funnels, retention curves, cohort analysis, experimentation)
- Proven ability to ship intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive measurable adoption and engagement
- Experience working with UX/design teams to create elegant, frictionless digital journeys
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to inform prioritization and experimentation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
- Clear understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory constraints (or ability to rapidly learn)
- Consumer healthcare or digital health experience
- Virtual care / telemedicine experience
- Experience building mobile-first or engagement-heavy applications
- Experience designing behavior-change or habit-forming products
- Startup experience (early-stage or high-growth)
- Experience building products serving employers, brokers, or payers
- Technical fluency; comfortable partnering with engineers, architects, and data teams
- Experience with platforms such as Care Management systems, EMRs, RCM/Billing, or Clinical Decision Support
- Proficiency with Figma, Lucidchart, JIRA, and related tools
