Paxos is on a mission to transform the financial infrastructure to be more inclusive and efficient. As the Product Marketing Lead for Platform, you will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Paxos' core infrastructure offerings, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption and clearly communicate the value of complex blockchain solutions to enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the product marketing strategy for Paxos' platform offerings, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
- Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer feedback
- Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning our platform capabilities
- Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful execution
- Create thought leadership content that establishes Paxos as the leader in blockchain infrastructure for financial institutions
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
- Collaborate with design teams to create visuals that effectively communicate our platform's technical architecture
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of product marketing experience, with a track record of success in financial services, fintech or crypto
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and proven ability to enable sales teams
- Experience marketing complex technical products to sophisticated enterprise buyers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
- Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
