DYNE is a company focused on IT consulting and technology services, and they are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B client opportunities globally
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, digital platforms, email campaigns, and networking
- Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective clients
- Present company capabilities and service offerings to potential clients
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities
- Identify and build partnerships with consulting firms, technology companies, and service providers
- Develop collaboration opportunities that can lead to new business engagements
- Support partnership discussions and relationship management
- Maintain and track opportunities using CRM tools
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to opportunity development
- Coordinate with internal teams during proposal preparation and follow-ups
- Research potential industries, companies, and new market opportunities
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven sales tools
- Identify target organizations aligned with company service offerings
- Assist in preparing client proposals, capability presentations, and solution decks
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions where required
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition
- Dynamic, proactive, and self-driven personality
- Tech-savvy with strong digital tool adoption
- AI-savvy mindset and ability to leverage AI tools for research, outreach, and productivity
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to confidently interact with international clients
- Exposure to IT services, consulting, outsourcing, or technology solutions is preferred
- Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation or outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
- Understanding of B2B sales and partnership development processes
