Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a Senior Business Development Program Analyst in the Corrosion Control Operation to support Prime Contracts and drive business development for growth in this area. The role involves executing and monitoring programs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and promoting customer relations while identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the responsibly for executing, monitoring, controlling, and documenting all aspects of the assigned programs with the Corrosion Control Operation
- Ensure programs are in compliance with all contract requirements
- Monitor and manage the data collection, analysis and dissemination including the required metrics and reports for the programs and projects executed under the purview of the Corrosion Control Operations
- Receive and disseminate all contractual data to support timely submission of reportable metrics under Corrosion Control Area cognizance
- Promote and build customer relations through frequent communication
- Conduct Business Development including demonstrations of products in both govt and commercial sectors when needed
- Identify and pursue new customers, programs, and business opportunities
- Develop and implement corrosion control programs and strategies in support of the overall Enterprise operation
- Review and analyze corrosion data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations on corrosion control activities and results
Requirements:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (ME/EE), or Business Management from an accredited college or university and have at least 10 years of program manager experience with shipboard projects involving the operation, maintenance, repair, testing, modification, upgrading, installation, and alteration of Naval vessel and small craft systems
- Must have at least 7 years' experience as a project manager
- Must have at least 8 years of direct experience in a shipboard environment
- Must have at least 5 years' experience with ship projects executed in public and private shipyards
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in corrosion control or related field
- Must have Strong knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and control methods
- Must have Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Must have Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have experience with maritime corrosion
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance to access public and private shipyards and Naval installations
- Must meet REAL ID requirements for base and travel access
- Must be able to support training with extended periods on your feet while instructing
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and NAVSEA requirements is preferred
