Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for search targeting and controls across Microsoft’s ad ecosystem
- Customer Advocacy: Represent the product to customers, deeply understand their needs, and champion those needs internally
- Execution & Decision-Making: Navigate ambiguity, make tough prioritization decisions, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Communication & Collaboration: Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product outcomes
- Data & AI Innovation: Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage insights and models that power precision targeting and safeguard brand trust at scale
