CarAI is a next-generation AI agent designed for car dealerships, aiming to modernize dealer operations with advanced automation. The Sales Manager will drive the adoption of CarAI's AI communication platform by selling directly to dealership leadership and demonstrating the platform's benefits in improving customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Prospect and close franchise and independent dealerships
- Conduct live product demonstrations tailored to dealership workflows
- Identify operational inefficiencies (missed calls, BDC bottlenecks, service underutilization) and position CarAI as the solution
- Manage full-cycle sales from cold outreach to signed agreement
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures
- Coordinate onboarding with implementation and integration teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
- Ensure accounts remain active beyond onboarding (reduce churn risk)
- Provide structured market feedback to product and engineering teams
