Venty is one of the fastest-growing premium fan brands in the world, seeking a hands-on Head of Growth & Marketing to own and scale their marketing engine. The role involves leading paid media strategy, overseeing creative content direction, and managing affiliate programs to drive revenue growth while strengthening the Venty brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Manage and optimize marketing spend with strong accountability to ROAS, CAC, and LTV
- Build testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and funnels
- Identify new acquisition channels and scaling opportunities
- Oversee development of ad creative, product videos, UGC, and campaign assets
- Partner with designers and creators to develop high-converting ad content
- Maintain a strong pipeline of creative testing and iteration
- Build and scale our affiliate marketing and creator programs
- Manage influencer partnerships, commission structures, and tracking systems
- Identify high-performing creators and partnerships that drive revenue
- Own lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, and retention channels
- Build segmentation, automated flows, and promotional campaigns
- Increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
- Ensure Venty’s visual identity remains premium, consistent, and distinctive
- Oversee branding across website, ads, packaging, and marketing assets
- Guide the evolution of the Venty brand as we launch new products
- Manage and coordinate marketing teams and contractors across multiple countries
- Work with creative, marketing, and development partners in India, Pakistan, China, and other regions
- Build clear systems and processes for remote collaboration
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in growth or performance marketing
- Experience working with DTC consumer product brands
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, attribution, and marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience managing paid media accounts
- Experience running affiliate or creator programs
- Experience overseeing creative production and content strategy
- Familiar with tools like Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experience scaling $5M–$50M DTC brands
- Experience marketing consumer hardware or physical products
- TikTok Shop / creator commerce experience
- Experience managing distributed or international teams
