Backend Engineer (.Net)

Experion Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (.Net) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for the US mortgage market. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring application performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a Senior Backend Engineer (.NET) contributing individually within a highly skilled development team building applications for the US mortgage market
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using .NET / .NET Core
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend components supporting web and enterprise applications
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business requirements
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability through efficient coding, optimization, and best practices
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality software standards
• Work closely with US-based stakeholders to understand functional requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to system design, technical improvements, and continuous enhancement of the application architecture within the US mortgage domain

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in backend development using .NET / .NET Core and C#
• Strong experience in REST API development, SQL Server, and database design
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integrations
• Experience with Git-based development and code review practices
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with experience working with US-based teams
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a proactive attitude
• US Mortgage domain experience is preferred
