Contract Position
The IT Asset Coordinator will work with the IT Help Desk Lead to assist with the different types of IT helpdesk support requests. The It Asset Coordinator will report to the IT Help Desk Lead.
- Remote support for desktops, laptops, and iPads
- Maintain equipment such as printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, etc.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and system problems
- Install and configure remote monitoring software on workstations and servers
- Set up accounts and workstations to the fullest capabilities prior to deploying to customers
- Configuration of hardware electronics and accounts based on customer requests
- Understanding various computer hardware configurations and set-ups
- Understanding and maintaining inventory organization
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution independently or as part of a team
- Focus on providing a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the equipment delivery process
- Maintain daily communications to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- Maintain processes for equipment procurement, delivery, and tracking
- Review and maintain written process documentation
- Follow up with users to ensure the equipment has been arrived in totality
- Inform management of recurring problems
- Assist with the equipment end of project-based work
Qualifications
- Excellent debugging skills across a variety of operating systems
- Knowledge of technical tools and software, including AD and Office suite
- Software (Windows 8 & newer, Mac OS X, Office Suite, Google Apps)
- Hardware (Mac, PC, Printer, Scanner, VOIP Phone)

Physical Demands

- This position requires lifting of IT equipment up to 75 pounds or more.
- This position requires lifting of IT equipment up to 100 pounds or more in a group setting.
