Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Assist the General Manager in daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment for both employees and customers
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Support team building initiatives to foster a positive and energetic work atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Uphold company standards and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork
