Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support using established call flow guides, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to tax services and products
- Accurately track, document, and retrieve customer information in internal databases to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet customer needs
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, processes, and product updates to provide accurate information
- Engage in ongoing training and development activities to enhance skills and service quality

Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Quiet, distraction-free environment at home
- Proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Own a desktop or laptop computer meeting specific technical requirements, including Windows 11+ operating system, 8GB or higher RAM, and a compatible processor
- Reliable high-speed internet (DSL, cable, or fiber) with a wired Ethernet connection
- Must reside within the United States and have a valid U.S. address
