AI Research Scientist

Healthbay is seeking an innovative and highly analytical AI Research Scientist to join their advanced research and development team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and advancing artificial intelligence and machine learning methodologies that drive innovation and support complex business and technical initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields to develop innovative algorithms and models
• Design, build, and evaluate machine learning systems for real-world applications
• Develop novel approaches for natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, or reinforcement learning depending on organizational needs
• Analyze complex datasets and design models capable of identifying patterns, making predictions, and improving decision-making processes
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to implement and deploy research solutions into production environments
• Publish research findings internally and contribute to technical documentation, white papers, or academic publications when appropriate
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing research initiatives
• Provide technical mentorship to junior researchers and data scientists
