- Build outbound campaigns around modernization, AI governance, and structural risk
- Personalize outreach using industry-relevant insight
- Challenger-Led Messaging
- Lead with perspective — not product
- Reframe conversations around hidden engineering risk
- Create tension through insight (velocity without structure creates risk)
- Structured Qualification
- Identify executive-prioritized initiatives
- Surface measurable modernization or scalability gaps
- Validate economic buyer access
- Disqualify misaligned opportunities early
- Pipeline Creation
- Generate qualified executive meetings aligned to:
- System Intelligence Assessments
- Structured Modernization Roadmaps
- Governed Pilot Builds
- Focus on quality of pipeline, not just volume of meetings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SDR/BDR experience in: IT consulting, Enterprise SaaS, Digital transformation services, Cloud or AI platforms
- Experience prospecting into CIO / CTO / VP Engineering personas
- Comfort discussing: Technical debt, Cloud migration, DevOps maturity, AI integration, Enterprise architecture
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Executive presence in written and verbal communication
- Structured thinker (comfortable with frameworks)
