TAS United, LLC is a HITRUST-certified medical communication company with over 40 years of excellence in the industry. They are seeking a dynamic Contact Center Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new healthcare clients and expanding existing accounts, requiring a consultative sales approach and deep industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for medical answering services, nurse triage, and virtual receptionist solutions
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare prospects using cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, trade shows, and digital channels
- Penetrate new verticals, including physician practices, hospitals, urgent care centers, dental offices, and specialty clinics
- Lead end-to-end consultative sales processes, including discovery, solution design, pricing, proposal development, contract negotiation, and handover to operations
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase TAS United's value proposition and differentiation (HITRUST certification, 40+ years of expertise, nurse triage capabilities)
- Tailor messaging to address specific client pain points: missed calls, after-hours coverage, HIPAA compliance concerns, staffing challenges
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize retention and identify upsell opportunities
- Partner with client services and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM hygiene, provide weekly pipeline updates, and report accurately on forecasted revenue
- Represent TAS United at healthcare trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and executive meetings
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (AI answering services, EHR integrations)
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in healthcare services, BPO, contact center, or related industries
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with consultative sales cycles
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, HIPAA compliance, and medical practice operations
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools
- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills
- Self-directed, resourceful, and accountable for results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
