Johnson & Johnson is a leader in healthcare innovation, seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager to support the Surgery Transcend 2.0 program. The role involves coordinating finance readiness and execution across the Surgery organization while partnering with various stakeholders to ensure a successful SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Finance Workstream Project Manager for Surgery Transcend 2.0 deployments, coordinating all finance-related activities across the S/4HANA implementation roadmap
- Own finance workstream planning, execution tracking, milestone management, and dependency coordination
- Partner with the Transcend Finance Deployment Lead and Finance BPOs to align global design, deployment approach, and local business readiness
- Serve as the primary finance liaison for Surgery Supply Chain, partnering with: Senior Finance Director, Surgery Supply Chain Finance Directors / E2E Finance Leads across all Surgery platforms Plant Controllers across the Surgery manufacturing network
- Collaborate with Business Transformation Team (BTT) workstream leads to ensure integrated execution across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
- Drive alignment between global template design and Surgery business requirements, escalating risks and gaps as needed
- Identify, track, and proactively manage deployment risks, finance readiness gaps, and operational dependencies
- Coordinate finance input into cutover planning, testing readiness, and hypercare support activities
- Ensure finance impacts related to master data, transactional readiness, reporting, controls, and compliance are understood and addressed prior to go‑live
- Prepare and present regular progress updates to Surgery Supply Chain Finance leadership and Transcend governance forums
- Clearly articulate deployment status, risks, mitigation actions, and decision points to senior stakeholders
- Support executive‑level materials and discussions related to Transcend 2.0 finance deployment progress and outcomes
- Partner with plant controllers and local finance teams to support finance readiness activities across the Surgery manufacturing footprint
- Ensure consistent adoption of standard processes while addressing local readiness needs within the Transcend framework
- Support hypercare stabilization and post‑go‑live transition to steady‑state operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Operations Finance within a complex, global environment
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives or projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain and Finance processes (e.g., Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, Costing, Inventory)
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and influence across organizational boundaries
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and execution skills
- Experience supporting ERP or large‑scale business transformations (SAP S/4HANA exposure a plus, but not required)
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
- Prior involvement in system deployments, process standardization, or business transformation programs
