Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with national accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for our existing client base
- Develop and implement strategies to expand business within current accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as required
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of sales experience specifically in the retirement plan field
- Proven track record of successful client management and sales growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
