SoTalent is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand their presence in the packaging market. This role focuses on promoting a range of print and packaging solutions while developing and executing a targeted regional sales plan to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted regional sales plan that contributes to overall business growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities with manufacturers and packaging-focused prospects across the West Region
- Build and manage a strong pipeline by understanding customer needs and offering strategic, value-driven solutions
- Partner with internal teams to effectively address customer challenges and deliver impactful results
- Strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Work closely with leadership to shape and refine the market strategy for the region
- Provide insights and support during new product development initiatives and launches
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the packaging sector with established industry relationships
- A minimum of 5 years working specifically with folding carton sales
- Highly self-motivated with strong communication and customer engagement abilities
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be open to travel (approximately 25%)
- Prior experience within the packaging or printing industry—particularly in the West Region—is essential
- Ability to recognize and act on cross‑selling opportunities within current and prospective accounts
- Applicants must currently reside in Utah
- Exposure to premium decorative finishing solutions is an advantage
- Familiarity with interactive marketing tools and AI-driven platforms is beneficial
