Jump Human Capital is seeking an Account Executive for Events to support and expand client relationships within the Atlanta area. The role involves delivering tailored services for events, driving account retention, and revenue growth while engaging with clients to understand their requirements and coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery.

Requirements:
- Candidates must have some kind of experience with general events sales
- 5 years of sales experience and a minimum of 3 years outside sales experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Candidates need to understand event logistics, timing demands, and the nature of customer needs
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management functions
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques relevant to event promotion
- Analytical skills to assess market data, client needs, and sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
