ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider that helps government clients tackle critical national priorities. They are seeking a Program Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security's Science & Technology Directorate, focusing on program planning and analysis related to emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and program support for scientific and technical initiatives within DHS S&T’s RDT&E portfolio
- Track program activities, milestones, and deliverables across multiple research and technology programs
- Support development of reports, briefings, dashboards, and program documentation for government stakeholders
- Assist with program planning activities including work plans, schedules, and performance tracking
- Conduct research and analysis related to emerging technologies and program initiatives
- Support program reviews, meetings, and technical exchanges across DHS S&T programs
- Coordinate with technical experts and program managers to collect and synthesize program information
- Assist with portfolio analysis, program evaluation, and process improvement activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience supporting federal programs in analysis, reporting, or project coordination
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance
- US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position)
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, science, engineering, business, data analytics, or a related field
- DHS Public Trust clearance
- Experience in technology, research, or innovation is a plus
- Experience supporting DHS, DoD, or federal R&D organizations
- Familiarity with research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) programs
- Experience supporting data analysis, program dashboards, or reporting tools
- Knowledge of emerging technology areas such as AI/ML, cybersecurity, biometrics, or data analytics
