Tava Health is a company focused on making mental health care accessible and stigma-free. The Director of Growth Marketing will drive growth strategy and execution for both B2B and B2C initiatives, leading a team to achieve measurable outcomes and optimize marketing campaigns through data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead demand generation campaigns targeting therapists and psychiatric providers in individual and small-group practices to drive adoption of Tava platforms and tools
- Build multi-channel acquisition funnels, optimizing for KPIs such as CPL, CAC, and LTV
- Design campaigns to attract licensed therapists and psychiatric providers to join the Tava provider network
- Drive awareness and inbound demand from employers, health insurers, Employee Assistance Programs, and other enterprise partners
- Support Sales with ABM strategies and nurture programs
- Own strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, connected TV (CTV), programmatic, affiliate/partnership marketing, and other B2C acquisition channels
- Manage full-funnel acquisition and conversion optimization, and maintain a rigorous analytical framework for CAC/LTV-based channel investment decisions
- Lead and develop the growth marketing team
- Manage the growth marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships. Own growth KPIs, and conduct regular, actionable business reviews with key stakeholders
- Foster a culture of rapid, but disciplined experimentation: design tests, analyze results, and scale what works
Requirements:
- 12+ years of growth marketing experience with a track record of driving measurable, outsized growth
- 3+ years leading the growth marketing function at a high-growth company, including managing a team
- Deep expertise in performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, CTV, affiliate, and programmatic
- Strong B2B demand generation experience with SMB and/or enterprise audiences
- Excellent analytical skills with fluency in attribution modeling, marketing analytics platforms, media mix modeling, CAC/LTV frameworks, and budget/revenue forecasting
- Proven ability to partner with product, product marketing, and engineering teams on landing page and funnel experimentation and optimization
- Strong bias for action
- The ability to think creatively about the user experience, and a deep desire to transform and optimize it
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to executive leadership
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or a regulated industry; familiarity with EHR or other provider-facing SaaS products
- Advanced skills in the application of AI in Marketing and in writing SQL
- Experience partnering with Brand teams to achieve top-of-funnel objectives in paid and organic channels
- Demonstrated expertise ensuring HIPAA-compliance in data transmission to demand and analytics partners
