Akraya, Inc. is an award-winning IT staffing firm seeking a Senior HR Technologist to support their People & Places leadership in developing HR technology strategies and operating models. This role focuses on system-level analysis and providing strategic guidance without day-to-day system administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document the current People technology landscape, including systems of record and workflow platforms
• Partner with leadership to refine the PPL technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
• Define frameworks for decision-making regarding the HR systems' buy, build, or extend decisions
• Identify and address system fragmentation, redundancy, and governance gaps
• Produce executive-ready artifacts to support strategic decision-making and alignment

• HR Technology Strategy (Expert)
• HRIS/People Systems Ecosystem(Expert)
• Capability Mapping (Senior)
• Operating Model Design (Senior)
• Executive Communication (Experienced)
• Over 10 years of experience in HR technology strategies, operating models, and roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills focused on enterprise systems and operating models
• Excellent communication abilities to synthesize ambiguity and engage with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with HRIS ecosystems, particularly Workday, and experience with enterprise people systems
