- You collaborate with other project managers and team members on creative ways to improve efficiency
- You value communication as the cornerstone of good project management, and have a flair for both written and spoken communication
- You’re slightly obsessive about details when defining goals, creating project timelines, tracking budget use, and overseeing and documenting technical project plans

- You proactively monitor project status and communicate with stakeholders, team, and management about potential scope changes and other issues
- You bring curiosity to unknowns and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
- You think testing a new productivity tool or building an awesome spreadsheet sounds like a fun way to spend the afternoon (at work)
- You are comfortable planning and facilitating meetings: creating agendas, taking notes, directing conversations and discussing budgets, timelines, and tasks
- You build trust with both clients and teammates by balancing empathy, professionalism, and results
- You thrive in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management, organization, and accountability
