Spot AI is a company focused on transforming video surveillance into actionable insights for businesses. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own messaging, enablement, and go-to-market execution, particularly across partner ecosystems in industries such as retail, construction, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve messaging and positioning for Spot AI’s core products, starting with AI Security Guard in Retail and expanding into Manufacturing with AI Operations Assistant
- Support ICP refinement, persona development, and use-case validation through customer research, sales feedback, and market insights
- Enable sales and marketing teams with industry-focused content, solution pages, and sales tools that support direct selling motion, and also partner motion. A win-win!
- Own messaging and positioning for Spot AI’s partner solutions across strategic technology partners, hardware and trailer partners, and system integrators
- Adapt core industry and product narratives into partner-ready value propositions that partners can confidently sell and deliver
- Build enablement assets, including sales playbooks, battlecards, solution briefs, and implementation guidance, that help partners succeed in the field
- Support partner training and readiness in collaboration with the partnerships and sales teams
- Enable joint GTM initiatives with partners with clear messaging and content (e.g. for webinars, events, solution launches, and campaigns)
- Help build and support partner funnel motions by aligning messaging, campaigns, and sales tools to real buying journeys
- Ensure partner solutions are represented clearly and consistently in Spot AI’s broader launches and marketing programs
- Partner closely with partnerships, product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure launches and campaigns are aligned and executed well
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—writing, editing, and building the assets that make GTM work in practice
