Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management provides clients with dedicated partnerships and long-term performance focus. The Analyst role in the Credit Facility Management team involves managing credit facilities, maintaining compliance, and fostering relationships with lenders while supporting senior team members in various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a series of credit facilities including underlying covenants, concentration limits, borrowing base and reporting compliance
• Tracking/collating, analyzing and interpreting underlying asset data
• Facilitating utilization requests and servicing events
• Managing lender and agent relationships
• Assisting with facility negotiation and pre-execution approvals
• Tracking, reporting and analyzing detailed performance metrics
• Creating management presentations/responding to ad hoc requests and preparing analyses for same
• Supporting/furthering technology initiatives related to the above responsibilities, including the use of AI
• Additional responsibilities will be based on the needs of the business and the candidate’s specific skills
