Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way, and they are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Sales & Growth to lead the expansion of their digital transformation and modernization portfolio in the U.S. market. This senior leadership role will focus on crafting and executing growth strategies while driving client acquisition among Fortune 100-500 companies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement strategies to expand our digital transformation portfolio
- Leverage partnerships, PaaS/SaaS/cloud-hyperscale alliances, and startup ecosystems to develop new client relationships
- Represent the company at key industry events to foster growth
- Identify and secure new clients to enhance our market presence among top U.S. enterprises
- Develop and prioritize digital service offerings to drive business growth while contributing to thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with business units to evolve digital consulting offerings, including customer experience, supply chain, eCommerce, and marketing technology
- Work closely with delivery, technology, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery of digital services
Requirements:
- 15+ years in sales and growth within digital services, with a significant focus on the U.S. market
- Proven track record in developing strategic alliances, growing client portfolios, and acquiring Fortune 100-500 clients
- Extensive experience in digital transformation strategies, including PaaS/SaaS, cloud-hyperscale partnerships, and industry trends
- Strong background in delivery, technology, and sales, with the ability to align solutions to business needs
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication skills
