The Lead Sales - Healthcare Sales Development professional will identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with healthcare providers, and guide potential customers through the enrollment process, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Healthcare knowledge and experience, including familiarity with medicine and EMT practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Training experience and the ability to educate clients about our healthcare solutions
- Passion for improving access to healthcare and enthusiasm for Solution Healthcare's mission
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in sales development, healthcare sales, or a related domain is highly preferred
