Orbitax is a fast growing tax technology company, empowering tax professionals with intelligent, AI-driven solutions. The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue growth through proactive outreach and expanding existing enterprise customer relationships, while positioning the Orbitax International Tax Platform to multinational enterprises and advisory firms across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new revenue by identifying, prospecting, and converting new Enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities across multiple industry sectors
- Conduct strategic outreach through direct engagement, events, and third-party referrals to identify high-potential prospects
- Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to close with an emphasis on front-end activity and deal progression
- Create and execute Account Plans to grow wallet share within assigned strategic accounts
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and partners to gain insight into client needs and translate into tailored offerings
- Collaborate with our Certified Service Partners to generate opportunities and increase Orbitax’s market visibility
- Partner cross-functionally with our BDR, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Continuously gather and share feedback from prospects and clients to improve product-market fit and go-to-market effectiveness
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B prospecting, business development, and solution selling
- Strong understanding in the developments and market dynamics of solutions focused on International Tax & Direct Tax automation is highly desirable
- Act as a customer advocate within Orbitax with product development and product marketing to identify and develop customer success stories to demonstrate the value of our solutions in various markets
- Ability to independently source and qualify leads in complex, consultative sales environments
- Experience working with and influencing C-level stakeholders and managing procurement cycles including contract negotiations
- Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills
- High level of commercial acumen and results orientation
- Comfortable working in global, matrixed organisations with distributed teams
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident navigating ambiguity
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales, with 3+ years experience selling (direct) tax solutions
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through self-generated pipeline
- Proven track record of successfully leveraging the partner ecosystem across the Big-4 and second tier accounting firms to create win-win outcomes
- Industry and software product knowledge in the International Tax sector to be able to provide Analysis of market trends, challenges and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to represent the company and engage customers, partners and prospects at public events like trade shows and industry forums
- Demonstrated ability to work primarily from home
