As a Business Development Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by sourcing and qualifying prospective client meetings and supporting account executives.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing prospective client qualified meetings via outbound cold calls and emails
- Researching and customizing outreach messages to align to persona, industry and relevant prospect information
- Qualifying prospective client qualified meetings from inbound sources
- Gathering and documenting prospect requirements and conversations
- Strategic prospecting with Account Executives in your territory
- Building trust and credibility with Cayuse team members
- Maintaining Cayuse CRM with both accurate and timely information
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven professional track record of achieving quotas
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, or similar technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
