Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR role or similar
- Proven track record opening mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Strong Communication skills, including excellent verbal and written abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and conduct target market research
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding business development goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Hubspot, and Sales Navigator
