Aviz Networks is an AI networking software and support company helping enterprises and cloud providers of an open networking stack for the AI Era. They are seeking a Business Development Manager for Strategic Partners to lead their ecosystem of alliances focusing on AI Factory opportunities, driving integrated solutions sales, and aligning product roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Aviz’s relationships with strategic partners across the AI Factory ecosystem (e.g., hardware partners, orchestration platforms, storage partners, system integrators/ services partners)
- Drive regular business reviews, joint planning, and strategic alignment to strengthen AI Factory solutions
- Coordinate joint GTM activities, sales plays, and partner enablement programs that expand Aviz’s reach and influence
- Map Aviz offers to a broad range of partner architectures and reference designs in modular AI data centers
- Develop partner sales kits, collateral, and joint value propositions that highlight modularity, openness, and ecosystem advantages
- Support sales teams with account strategies, deal qualification, and opportunity mapping for partner-influenced and co-sell deals
- Capture structured partner and field feedback to inform Aviz’s product roadmap and packaging
- Influence product positioning based on ecosystem requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure Aviz remains the preferred software and observability layer across partner solutions
- Build and manage a partner-driven opportunity pipeline across AI infrastructure accounts
- Identify new co-selling and co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners
- Partner with Sales Ops/RevOps to define, track, and report on partner pipeline metrics and outcomes
Requirements:
- 5-7 years in partner sales, business development, or strategic alliances in networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with AI Factory ecosystem partners and/or NeoClouds and SovereignClouds
- Proven success in building and executing GTM strategies with Tier-1 or high-impact ecosystem partners
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive engagement skills
- Startup mindset: hands-on, fast-paced, and comfortable with ambiguity and scaling programs
