Sirius XM is a leading audio entertainment company, and they are seeking a Manager for Campaigns in Marketing Operations. This role involves collaborating with project managers, defining functional system requirements, and managing the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful marketing campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
- Identify project stakeholders and establish user classes and characteristics
- Conduct iterative requirements sessions with project team to define functional system requirements via workshops, use cases, scenarios and other methods
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements
- Develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based on findings
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
- Create process models, specifications, use-cases, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycle
- Establish and enforce proper change request management procedures to ensure proper scope control
- Conduct campaign analysis in SQL environment
Requirements:
- Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering, plus three years of experience in the position offered or a Business Analyst, Senior Analyst or Software Analyst
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering, plus five years of post-Bachelor's progressively responsible experience in the position offered or a Business Analyst, Senior Analyst or Software Analyst
- All required experience must have included writing complex SQL statements to analyze, develop, and reverse-engineer others' work
- Analyzing, eliciting, modeling, verifying, and developing methodology for business and technical requirements
- Overseeing design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Creating systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
- Applying statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products
- Conducting project management, including providing oversight and guidance through all phases of project lifecycle
- Using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), SQL Query, and Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
