Siemens Healthineers is a leader in medical technology, and they are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for their Treatment Planning Software portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving commercial success across the Americas region through strategic marketing programs, product positioning, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow market share for treatment planning software in the Americas
- Define value propositions and messaging tailored to clinical and commercial audiences
- Lead go-to-market planning for new features and releases of Eclipse
- Collaborate with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits
- Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the commercial team
- Partner with regional sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Develop campaigns targeting radiation oncology professionals and decision-makers
- Organize webinars, workshops, and thought-leadership content to showcase clinical benefits
- Analyze competitive landscape and customer insights to inform strategy
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting treatment planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or clinical background as a Dosimetrist or Medical Physicist; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in marketing within healthcare or medical technology, preferably radiation oncology
- Proven experience with Eclipse Treatment Planning System or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in radiation therapy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Familiarity with Varian ecosystem and oncology software solutions
- Experience in regional marketing roles within the Americas
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives
