The Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns and Creative Production will drive strategic planning and execution of integrated campaigns while managing creative studio operations to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Leadership
- Integrated Roadmap: Own the end-to-end execution roadmap for high-impact initiatives (Product Launches, Brand Campaigns, Content Tentpoles, etc)
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the "Connective Tissue" between Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams to translate business objectives into actions
- KPI Accountability: Define and track the success of integrated programs, focusing on pipeline impact
- Creative Studio Operations
- Workflow Architecture: Design and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of creative assets, from intake and briefing to review cycles and final approval
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Drive decisions around when to keep work in-house and when to deploy external agencies or freelancers to meet demand. Focus on reducing cycle times and eliminating production bottlenecks without sacrificing quality. Anticipate crunch periods, negotiate deadlines as needed, and prioritize high impact/revenue generating requests
- Tech Stack Ownership: Serve as the executive owner of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management and/or Marketing Operations
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- Expertise in resource forecasting, budget management, and creative workflow automation
- Experience with Asana
- Experience with Air data asset management platform
