PlaybookUX is an all-in-one user research software platform that empowers teams to gather feedback on their digital assets. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to serve as the initial contact for prospective customers, build the sales pipeline, and educate the market on their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial contact for prospective customers, representing PlaybookUX
- Schedule qualified demos for the Account Executive team with UX researchers, Product Managers, Designers, and other key decision-makers
- Track and manage activities in our CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions
- Outbound prospect new customers through LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Become a product/industry expert
- Overcome prospect objections
- Maintain accurate forecasting records and sales pipeline
- Ability to understand and successfully promote the PlaybookUX platform
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
- You have demonstrated a track record of meeting and exceeding your quota
- You excel at outbound prospecting
- You are constantly thinking of new ways to be creative with your outbound prospecting. You track what works and what doesn't, and consistently change your messaging to find what works best for you
- Incredible communicator (written and verbal)
- Friendly, engaging, and professional
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple language that can be easily understood by anyone
