Sun Valley Search is representing an internationally known pump manufacturer seeking an experienced pump salesperson to sell new units for large projects in the Water/Wastewater market. The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to increase penetration into existing accounts and develop new accounts by working with engineers, municipalities, and the Army Corp of Engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Increase penetration into existing accounts
- Research the market in order to develop new accounts
- Work with engineers, municipalities, and the Army Corp of Engineers
Requirements:
- Minimum of two year's engineered pump experience
- Strong rotating equipment background with pumps, compressors, turbines, mechanical seals, bearings or couplings
- Track record of success
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to increase penetration into existing accounts
- Ability to research the market to develop new accounts
- Experience working with engineers, municipalities and the Army Corp of Engineers
- Engineering degree
