Sales of IT services and digitalization solutions for the Bundeswehr, ministries, and authorities in the defense sector
Establishing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers
Identifying requirements in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, and software solutions
Managing tenders and procurement procedures in the defense sector
Collaborating with internal specialist departments to ensure optimal delivery of customer projects
Strategic market development and creation of new business approaches for defense and security agencies
Successfully acquiring new tenders (framework contracts)

Experience in IT sales for government agencies or security-critical organizations
Knowledge of public procurement and framework contract business in the defense sector
Experience with sensitive IT projects (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, data centers, IT modernization) is an advantage
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation ability at the decision-maker level
Willingness to travel within Germany and sensitivity to security requirements
