Sr. Business Analyst II (6471)

The role involves serving as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst, managing scrum ceremonies, writing user stories, and tracking work to deliver enhancements for federal government web applications.

Responsibilities:

• You will manage and run all scrum ceremonies for your team
• You will write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in support of development work
• You will track work, remove team blockers, and notify management stakeholders of risks and impediments

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts
• Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts
• Translates detailed design into computer software
• Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product
• Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation
• Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency
• Provides technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met
• Possesses experience in IS design, including application programming on large-scale Database Management System (DBMS) and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
