Director, Product Management, Legal & Insurance

Datavant is a leader in secure health data connectivity, focused on transforming the way legal and insurance organizations access and utilize health data. The Director of Product Management will define and lead product innovation for the Legal & Insurance vertical, overseeing product strategy and managing a high-performing team to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise or platform products
• 5+ years of experience leading product management teams
• Proven experience defining and executing product strategy for large-scale enterprise or data-driven platforms
• Experience building products centered around data exchange, analytics, insights, or workflow automation
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives
• Experience leveraging AI in product development and delivering AI-powered capabilities within products
• Strong ability to influence executive leadership, engineering leaders, and cross-functional partners
• Strong systems thinker who can balance long-term platform strategy with near-term execution
• Experience operating in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance, or legal is a plus
