Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Strategy & Analytics

Reddit is a community of communities, and they are seeking a deeply technical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to enhance their Revenue Strategy & Analytics team. This role focuses on building and maintaining analytical tooling and data infrastructure to support the Small and Medium Sized business channel, driving sales rigor and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Analytics Engineering to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy
• Build and scale dashboards and data pipelines provide actionable insights for sales leadership and sellers
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across core datasets powering dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models
• Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
• Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
• 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus
• Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proactive, ambitious, practical and gets results with urgency
• Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry
