Together AI is a research-driven artificial intelligence company focused on lowering the cost of modern AI systems. The Sales and Marketing Operations Manager will optimize the lead-to-revenue funnel and enhance business performance through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and automate integrated dashboards that provide actionable insights into the entire customer journey, from initial marketing touchpoints to closed-won sales
- Analyze data across the full tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics) to identify trends, conversion bottlenecks, and high-growth opportunities
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to refine attribution models, ensuring clear visibility into marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline and overall ROI
- Define and track key performance indicators (MQLs, SQLs, Win Rates, CAC, LTV) to provide accurate revenue forecasts and identify potential risks
- Oversee and optimize our integrated technology stack, including Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and sales engagement tools (e.g., MixMax)
- Design and implement scalable workflows for lead routing, lead scoring, and automated nurturing programs to ensure seamless handoffs between teams
- Maintain a 'source of truth' by ensuring data cleanliness, implementing data enrichment strategies, and managing audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on definitions, goals, and execution strategies
